Return Eligibility
To qualify for review, an item should generally be:
✅ Unused or only inspected as reasonably necessary
✅ Clean and free from vehicle debris, odors, or stains
✅ Complete with included parts and accessories
✅ Returned with original packaging when reasonably available
✅ Accompanied by valid order information
Items That May Not Qualify
A return may be declined when an item shows:
• Damage caused by incorrect installation
• Heavy use, modification, or improper cleaning
• Missing components
• Contamination from liquids, chemicals, food, smoke, or pets
• Normal cosmetic variation that does not affect function
• Damage resulting from use in an unsuitable vehicle location
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Customers should inspect deliveries promptly. If an item arrives damaged, incomplete, or different from the ordered product, clear photographs of the item, parcel, and shipping label may be required.
Do not discard the packaging until the review is complete.
Return Authorization
A return should not be sent without instructions. Customers must first submit a request through the official Contact Us page and wait for the applicable return directions.
Unauthorized parcels, unidentified returns, or items sent to an unapproved location may not be processed.
Resolution
After an eligible return is received and inspected, the store will determine the appropriate resolution based on the item’s condition and the circumstances of the request.
Original delivery charges and return-related costs are handled according to the reason for the return and applicable consumer rules.
